We are committed to helping improve the economy and quality of life in rural America.
This program aims to provide affordable funding to develop essential community facilities in rural areas. It supports the orderly development of communities by funding facilities that offer essential services to locals. Eligible areas are rural regions with no more than 20,000 residents, including Federally Recognized Tribal Lands. The program can fund a variety of projects, including healthcare, public, community support, public safety, educational services, utility services, and local food systems. Funding is awarded on a graduated scale based on community size and median household income, with smaller, lower-income communities eligible for a higher proportion of grant funds.
