We are committed to helping improve the economy and quality of life in rural America.
This program aims to provide affordable funding to develop essential community facilities in rural areas. It supports the creation or enhancement of facilities that offer critical services for the community’s orderly development in primarily rural areas. This includes health care facilities, public safety services, educational services, community support services, public facilities, and local food systems. It specifically targets rural communities with populations of no more than 20,000 residents. The grant offers a varying percentage of funding based on the population size and median household income of the community, with the intention to make essential services more accessible and improve the quality of life in rural areas.
