The Dam Removal Design and Implementation Block Grant (Dam Removal DIBG), released by WUV on February 20, 2024, aims to fund dam removal projects that align with the Water Quality Enhancement Grant program's goals. With approximately $450,000 available, this grant supports design and implementation efforts to remove dams, enhancing water quality and ecosystem health. All funded projects must be completed by October 31, 2026.
