Founded by Vi Wellik in 1998, the foundation serves the community indefinitely, striving to be a catalyst for preserving and advancing Wickenburg's quality of life. Since its founding, it has provided over $7 million to local charitable organizations.
The Wellik Foundation supports projects that enhance Wickenburg’s quality of life through leveraging matching funds, engaging in strategic collaborations, building organizational capacity, and supporting direct service projects. The grants focus on maintaining the western lifestyle, education, social services, healthcare, economic development, and the arts.
