Our mission is to support seniors and their caregivers in our community with a special emphasis on wellness and prevention.
The focus area for this year's grant is on social determinants of health that impact older adults and their caregivers. This includes support for economic stability and income support, addressing food insecurity, combating social isolation, ensuring accessible housing, and improving transportation options. Additionally, hurricane recovery efforts in Florida's impacted areas are eligible for consideration.
