This involves the submittal of a detailed comprehensive plan and may include using professional services for planning or implementing a recycling program.

    2. Recycling Program Assistance Grant: Targets the initiation, expansion, or upgrading of recycling programs with an emphasis on integrating source reduction and recycling activities.

    The amount of grant support varies, with a cap of $150,000 for public entities and $75,000 for private entities.
