William B. O'Rourke Foundation Grants

The William B. O'Rourke Foundation's grant program is designed to support a range of initiatives within the field of vision care. The foundation prioritizes projects and programs that: 1) Promote the health of the human eye and eyesight; 2) Aid in the development of educational services for the training of professionals, students, and organizations in the provision of vision care services; 3) Support the establishment, development, and expansion of educational and research facilities for advancing the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of eye diseases or conditions; 4) Enhance public awareness about vision care services availability, especially to those in need, to prevent diseases or injuries to the eye and loss of sight; and 5) Engage in cooperative efforts, including matching funds or joint ventures, which advance the foundation's objectives in the field of vision care.
