The grant program seeks to fund projects and programs that:

• Offer year-round programming.
• Provide direct services to individuals, reflecting the organization’s core social mission and addressing a community need with clear demand.
• Yield broad impact or benefit underserved populations.
• Feature measurable outcomes, documentation of results, and sustainability over the long-term.
• Demonstrate diversified income sources and effective financial stewardship.
• Encourage collaboration with other organizations.
• Complement, rather than duplicate, the efforts of other nonprofits.
• Are from organizations with at least three years of full service, and the specific program or project applying must have completed at least one year of operation with a report on its measurable impact available.
