    Overview

The Benjamin R. Altshuler Memorial Fund Transportation Grants aim to make transportation accessible and affordable, enabling all residents of the area to participate in community life. This grant supports efforts to ensure transportation does not become a barrier to engaging in everyday activities within the community. In the past, organizations applied separately for Community Grants and Special Interest Grants (Altshuler Transportation, McGiffert Fund for the Performing Arts, and An Occasion for the Arts). Now there is just one application. All applications are automatically considered for Community Grants.
