    The maximum occupancy for this package is 2 persons.

    Redemption terms and restrictions

    Bookings are based on availability. A minimum 45 day advance reservation is required. Travel is valid for 18 months from date of issue.

    Tour runs on specific days of the week and at specific times. If tour is not available, it may be substituted with equal or similar experience.

    Refunds, transfers, and changes policy

    Travel package is non-refundable. Cancellation prior to arrival may be subject to forfeiture of reservations and funds.

    Complimentary amenities are subject to availability and may change without notice. Guests may upgrade to a room with two queen beds for an additional cost.

    Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe is undergoing renovations beginning March 2025 for approximately two years. During this time the South parcel of the resort, including Lakeside accommodations, amenities, Lakeside restaurant, access to Lake Tahoe Beach and pier will not be available. The North Parcel of the resort, which includes the main guest room tower, Stillwater Spa, fitness facilities, Grand Lodge Casino, Tahoe Adventures programming, and dining options such as Cutthroat’s Saloon, Osteria Sierra, Tahoe-to-Go, and Tahoe Provisions, will remain fully operational during this period.

    Thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at the Hyatt Regency. The staff throughout the property were incredibly friendly and helpful, and a few team members really stood out — especially Clay at the front desk and Grace at valet. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome amenities at check-in, including champagne, water, or juice. As a Globalist, we unfortunately weren’t able to receive an upgrade due to the hotel being quite busy, but the standard king room still exceeded expectations. It was spacious, well-designed, clean, and quiet. Although the club lounge was closed for renovations, the breakfast more than made up for it. The buffet was excellent, service was attentive, and yes — the coffee was good and refilled as other reviewers pointed out :). On weekdays when the buffet wasn’t offered, the à la carte options were still very good. A couple tips for future guests: if you’re planning to visit Incline Beach or Burnt Cedar Beach, make sure to stop by the concierge first to pick up your day passes. Burnt Cedar Beach is a bit farther away and the shuttle schedule was somewhat infrequent, so we ended up parking nearby and walking over. We were also told the hotel offers a butler shuttle service if you’re nearby and need a ride. Another nice touch was the complimentary s’mores kit and gift certificate to Tahoe Provisions. We could choose an item from a variety of options, e.g., sandwiches, salad, flatbread, snacks, and canned cocktails — a great perk to have during the stay. Overall, a wonderful experience with warm hospitality and plenty of thoughtful touches throughout the property.

    This is an amazing resort located in the beautiful town of Incline Village on the north side of the lake. The resort has a distinct rustic lodge feel, but with a very modern and clean aesthetic. The lobby is complimented by a beautiful stone fireplace, and there are a number of restaurants, a souvenir store, and a casino as well. The standard rooms are large and easily accommodated our family of four. The window seat even served as a bed for our six year old. The views of the mountains out of the window were spectacular. My only complaint about the room was that the walls seemed pretty thin, and our loud neighbors kept us up late into the night. On the plus side, the large outdoor heated pool was amazing, and kept our daughters happily entertained in the springtime mountain weather. The s'mores kit you receive on arrival is a nice touch as well. Self parking does cost money, but you get a discount if you have any kind of Hyatt status which is appreciated. Service was exceptionally friendly and really made this feel like a special stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel (but hopefully you get quiet neighbors)!

    Pools are wartm and clean, service, food and the hotel are amazing, and the amentities such as paddle boarding and beaches all made this 200%!
