Redemption terms and restrictions
- The package must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. We’ll need your full name, shipping address and phone number for the shipment.
- You’ll get a tracking number when the package is shipped. Delivery takes 20-25 working days.
- Shipments cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes or to the following states: South Dakota, Utah, Mississippi, Hawaii, Alaska, Vermont
- Packages must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 21.
- If a specific wine is no longer available, it will be replaced with a wine of equal or greater value and quality. If the requested vintage is unavailable, it will be substituted with the closest available vintage of the same wine.
