This is probably my fourth year coming back to Louisville, and honestly I had never taken the time to leave a review before — but this time I truly felt it was deserved. We stayed at the Omni Louisville during Derby Week, which is obviously one of the busiest times of the year, and yet from the very first moment the hotel managed to provide such warm and beautiful hospitality. One detail we really appreciated was the complimentary wine and appetizers offered in the lobby. That was such a classy and thoughtful touch. Check-in was smooth and easy as always, and one of the things I continue to love most about this hotel is how modern the rooms are. The design, comfort, and overall atmosphere always make the stay feel upscale and relaxing. Our hospitality suite that is prepared for our group every year was spectacular once again. The food throughout the days in our hospitality lounge was excellent and very well presented. I especially want to recognize the servers and bartender Richar, who truly did an amazing job. He worked from early in the morning until late at night for several days straight, and that level of dedication deserves to be acknowledged. He was incredibly kind and also recommended a Cuban restaurant in the city that honestly ended up being one of the best Cuban restaurants I’ve visited anywhere in the United States. That recommendation alone made our stay even more memorable. Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our stay at the hotel and had an amazing experience during Derby Week. The only small downside this year was that it seemed like there was a private event happening at the Library Bar during several nights, so we weren’t really able to enjoy that area as much as we normally do late at night. Other than that, everything was truly spectacular.

Fantastic stay at the Omni in Louisville! The location is perfectly central, and I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. There are plenty of great food options readily available in and around the hotel. The room itself was great, clean, and comfortable, but a special shoutout goes to the shower because the water pressure was amazing! I also used the hotel gym multiple times during my stay and it was very well-equipped. Absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Modern yet emphasize historical design and periods, lots of interesting art, customer service impeccable, restaurant/bar options aplenty diverse in design and concept stunning decor, spacious lobby with all the seating you could want also of diverse and high quality design. Room was great and the whiskey cabinet complete with glass tumblers was a great touch! spacious bathroom with rain shower head. All in All A Fantastic Stay!
