Great spa with many different services. Comfy beds and clean, cozy rooms. Cleaning crew went above and beyond on cleaning my room. Attended a conference with close to 300 people and they managed the conference rooms and food service very well.

We had an awesome stay at the Griffin gate resort, This is a beautiful place, The staff was very friendly, and the whole place was clean. The best part was Gwenda from House Keeping, She helped my family and was so kind to us during our stay. We enjoyed our visit with her, I highly recommend you check this resort out!

What an amazing hotel, the staff is wonderful, rooms are very clean and well kept, the spa was delightful, and the hotel restaurant/bar was good.
Amy made it an experience we will never forget, she really helped us in a time of need and showed so much compassion. We were originally staying at a neighboring hotel that smelled horrible preventing us from staying there. We traveled in from NY and found ourselves with no where to stay. We walked into the Griffin and luckily met Amy who listened, showed empathy for our situation and set us up in a beautiful room with a balcony for four nights. You made our trip special Amy, thank you!!
