    We were approved for a donation in less than a week from making the request, and are scheduled to pick up the item (a large block of their flagship cheese) at a time convenient to us. Beecher's seems to have a good process for taking and addressing donation requests.

    The request is made via email and with a procurement letter attached. I received approval less than a week after making the request, and the donated item (a "colossal cut" of their Flagship cheese) will be available for pickup when we need it. It's a unique item, and since Beecher's is made here in Seattle, it will be of interest to many of our auction bidders, who live in the Seattle area.
