The Agribusiness Innovation Grants program by AGMARDT is designed to support businesses and industry groups in developing and evaluating innovative solutions that contribute to transformative changes within the agribusiness value chains, especially within the agricultural, horticultural, and forestry sectors. The program encourages applicants to pursue groundbreaking ideas that can revolutionize businesses or industries, understand global best practices, accelerate innovation, and foster collaboration across different sectors. Seed funding of up to $30,000, including GST, is available for projects at the early concept stage, those facing hurdles in their process, or ideas whose feasibility is uncertain, without the requirement for co-funding. This grant aims to take innovative ideas to a stage where they can attract further development funds towards commercialization.
