Annie Lee Robbins created the Annie Lee Robbins Charitable Foundation to benefit the citizens of Navarro County, with a keen focus on children, animals, and the community. She particularly aspired for the creation of a senior citizens meeting place in Corsicana, a dream realized with the completion of the Senior Activity Center in 2000.
