More specifically, the Foundation supports nonprofits that enhance children’s well‑being, strengthen economic conditions for residents, and foster community development. It accepts applications from 501(c)(3) organizations, including religious, health, education and other nonprofits, with particular emphasis on serving the greater Grand Traverse region of Michigan, although organizations outside the region may also be considered.
