ArtsWave aims to ensure everyone in Greater Cincinnati experiences the positive effects of the arts, which contribute to a more vibrant regional economy and more connected communities.
The ArtsWave Pride Grant Program aims to promote, celebrate, and create inclusive arts experiences with relevance to the broader LGBTQIA+ community. It provides funding for arts or cultural heritage projects that enhance Cincinnati’s reputation as a welcoming and inclusive community. This includes both seed funding for new programming and short-term operating support for existing programs with a clear impact on inclusivity. Projects should not only be limited to Pride celebrations but should also offer inclusive arts components that appeal beyond the annual Pride season, fostering alignment with the grant’s purpose of advancing inclusivity through the arts.
