The grant program by Trevor TCR focuses on empowering communities through four main categories: Community Health & Wellness, Education & Educational Opportunity, Enterprise & Economic Innovation, and Arts & Expression. The eligibility criteria are intentionally broad to encourage a wide array of ideas. Successful applicants tend to have direct interactions with their impact recipients and can clearly articulate how their initiatives benefit the community and how the grant would support their goals. The grant seeks to fund initiatives that improve health outcomes, provide educational opportunities, support economic innovation, and celebrate arts and culture. These include but are not limited to mental and physical health projects, academic and vocational education for underrepresented groups, grassroots economic growth initiatives, and arts programs that foster community involvement and expression.
