    Overview

The Rachael Ray Foundation, in collaboration with Best Friends Animal Society, offers grants specifically designed for Best Friends Network Partners committed to increasing lifesaving efforts in their communities through innovative, impactful, and inclusive programming. The Rachael Ray No-Kill Excellence Grants aim to support no-kill organizations that have achieved a 90% Save Rate in sustaining their lifesaving accomplishments and aiding others to reach the same milestone. These grants fund projects that promote innovative partnerships, mentorships, and progressive collaborations, with an anticipation that these initiatives will include but not be limited to, aiding hard-to-place animals, addressing critical staffing and medical needs, fostering regional growth, developing community mentorship programs, and pioneering in animal shelter operations. The grants, which can amount up to $60,000, seek to support scalable programs that benefit animals in various partner cities and emerging no-kill communities.
