    Overview

The Boeing local grantmaking initiative is invitation-only, focusing on three strategic pillars: Our Future, Our Heroes, and Our Homes. These grants aim to:

    1. Our Future: Support cradle to career pathways for a skilled workforce, enhancing school readiness, STEM engagement, high school graduation rates for STEM careers or education, and workforce preparation for veterans and under-skilled adults.

    2. Our Heroes: Improve lives of veterans, service members, and their families through workforce transition programs, recovery and rehabilitation from post-traumatic stress, injuries, and prevention of veteran suicide.

    3. Our Homes: Make strategic investments to address local environmental concerns, emphasizing the health of communities of color and underserved communities. This includes ensuring access to open spaces, improving access to healthy food, and supporting green projects.

The grant supports organizations in the Greater Denver Metro Area and Colorado Springs, focusing on creating opportunities for people and communities through education, empowerment, and environmental sustainability.
