At the Delta Foundation, our mission is to combine the funds and efforts of our employee-owners to make a collective difference in the communities where we work. We aim to achieve this by supporting local charitable organizations and initiatives, striving to be an engaged partner in enhancing our communities' livelihood.
The Delta Foundation's grant program is focused on promoting small, positive changes that lead to significant community impacts. Founded by employee-owners motivated by a strong desire to give back, the foundation supports various causes within the greater Huntsville area. These include: Arts & Education Programs aimed at non-traditional educational settings and mentoring at-risk community segments; Mental Health & Wellness initiatives offering access to essential health services and family support; and Basic Needs projects, helping with everyday necessities like food, shelter, and job support.
