The Charlotte Community Foundation is committed to connecting people who care with causes that matter, by facilitating grant-making to serve the needs of communities in and around Charlotte County, Florida.
The grant program has a broad goal of supporting organizations or collaborations that provide additional education opportunities and workforce development for school-age children (VPK-12) in Charlotte County. The intent is to enrich the community and improve the lives of residents. Specifically, the program supports causes such as afterschool programs, career development, reading programs, and feeding programs.
