The Common Ground Healthcare Foundation aims to enhance health and prosperity in the communities where Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative's members reside, focusing on areas of living, working, learning, and playing.
This grant program supports activities in line with the Common Ground Healthcare Foundation's goal of enhancing community health and prosperity. Types of grants include one-year or multi-year funding, program or project support, and unrestricted grants for organizations closely aligned with the Foundation's mission. Projects are evaluated based on their potential to increase health or prosperity within the 24 counties served by the Cooperative, define and address a specific need effectively, foster organizational self-sufficiency, leverage collaborative efforts for greater impact, demonstrate feasibility and success likelihood, maintain reasonable risk levels, propose sensible budgets, attract additional funding, and achieve long-term, cost-effective impacts with clearly defined, measurable outcomes.
