    The Women's Giving Circle was established to create an enduring fund for supporting issues important to women in northeast Michigan. It aims to make a lasting difference for women through the collective contributions of both women and men from the service area and beyond.

    Overview

    The Community Impact grant aims to allocate funds to charitable projects that make a significant impact in their communities, particularly those addressing the health and well-being of youth under 18 and senior citizens, and including broad, community-wide health-related programming. The grant supports various causes and prioritizes funding for projects in health/human services, education, community improvement, environment, and youth arts programming and education. Specific areas of interest include health/wellness, human trafficking prevention, mental health care, senior programs, substance abuse help, suicide awareness, workforce development, skilled trades, financial education, early literacy, trails and bike paths, community spaces, quality child care, clean drinking water, invasive species control, recycling initiatives, and youth arts programming.
