The Foundation focuses on three main areas: support for organizations to strengthen their leadership structures, investment in internal processes and systems to build robust organizations ready for growth, and funding for the testing of growth and scale models. They prioritize partnerships with organizations that are deeply embedded within the communities they serve, have a clear theory of change targeting gender inequity, are committed to measuring impact, and are at a stage where they are ready to scale, typically with budgets between US$250,000 and US$2 million.
