The Dallas Foundation brings together people, ideas, and investments in Greater Dallas so individuals and families can reach their full potential.
The Dallas Foundation offers grants specifically tailored for nonprofits that align with different causes through its Field of Interest funds available in the spring. Nonprofits are encouraged to submit a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) for the fund most relevant to their mission. Among these, the Louis B. and Mary Ratliff Fund for Critical Needs stands out by focusing on providing basic life necessities such as food, clothing, shelter, and medical care to those in dire need, including low-income, indigent, homeless, or ill individuals and families, with $300,000 available annually for grants.
