    Overview

The Section 4 Capacity Building grant focuses on enhancing the organizational stability and capacity of CDCs and CHDOs. These grants aim to empower these organizations to implement community development and affordable housing activities that benefit individuals and families with low incomes (80% AMI or less). Supported by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), these grants encourage the submission of applications from CDCs and CHDOs working within urban communities to bolster their operational capabilities in providing affordable housing and community development solutions.
