The mission of the Georgia Council for the Arts is to cultivate the growth of vibrant, thriving Georgia communities through the arts.
This grant program supports Georgia nonprofit arts organizations across a broad spectrum, including a variety of project types and organizational sizes, from small to large and emerging to established. It encourages applications from both rural and urban areas, catering to traditional, contemporary, community-based, and professional organizations. The program aims to catalyze economic development, enrich individual lives, build community vitality, and showcase the impact of the arts in Georgia. Grants are available for a wide range of arts projects and organizations, welcoming applications from first-time applicants as well as those with a long history of applying.
