These areas include support for children and youth, housing initiatives, services for older adults including transportation, community leadership capacity building, adult education, and legal services specifically related to successions, taxes, or other housing matters. The grant also has an interest in funding community beautification projects, such as tree planting, greenspace maintenance, and neighborhood cleanup efforts. Organizations are allowed to submit only one application to seek funding for these causes.
