    The Nonprofit Effectiveness Grant Program aims to support enhancements in nonprofit organizations' structures, systems, and/or processes to foster inclusivity and maximize impact. This grant is focused on capacity building as a means to better fulfill their missions, deliver essential services, and serve as equitable employers. Specific areas of focus include Inclusive Board Development & Governance, Building Internal Capacity & Equitable Systems, and Navigating Change, encompassing activities like board training, inclusive recruitment, executive support, organizational assessments, finance and HR upgrades, operations streamlining, system enhancements for growth, diversity/equity/inclusion/access support, succession planning, executive transitions, strategic planning, and merger exploration. Evaluation priorities include alignment with organizational strategy, urgency of need, and demonstrable equitable outcomes.
