The Charles and Joan Hermanowski Family Foundation was established in 2006 as a philanthropic grant making organization. It is governed by a board of directors with the assistance of a junior advisory board.
The primary purpose of The Charles and Joan Hermanowski Family Foundation is to improve and transform the lives of children and young adults living in the United States. The foundation focuses on all aspects of a child’s life up to age 21. The foundation provides support to qualifying charitable organizations that are involved in arts, education, health and welfare services. They hope to provide them with the necessary tools to succeed and to achieve their full potential.
Letters of Interest will not be reviewed and considered 1. If not submitted on the required request form (Submit Grant Request form) or 2. Amount requested exceeds foundation limits. or 3. Group to be served exceeds foundation age limits. or 4. Project duration is listed as the current year. or 5. Projects are not within the United States.
