It focuses on skill development for employees, aiming for outcomes like increased wages, job creation, capital investment, retention of local workforce, credential attainment, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the program encourages innovation and the replication of best practices in talent pipeline development, with grants reaching up to $500,000 for a single employer and a maximum of $750,000 over a decade.
