    Overview

The grant program has a specific focus on organizations working to anchor middle neighborhoods and support the Jewish community in Baltimore and Israel. The grants aim to complement Baltimore’s assets by funding key institutions and initiatives that promote vibrancy and engagement within the city. Additionally, the program prioritizes assistance for residents striving to move out of poverty. The application process is initiated by an invitation from the staff to submit a Letter of Inquiry (LOI), potentially followed by a request for a full Grant Application.
