• Provide direct services to individuals, reflecting the organization's core social mission.
• Address community needs with a demonstrated demand.
• Have a broad impact or benefit underserved populations.
• Include measurable outcomes, documentation of results, and plans for long-term sustainability.
• Demonstrate financial accountability with diversified income streams.
• Encourage collaboration with other organizations.
• Complement rather than duplicate existing non-profit work.
• Are submitted by organizations with at least 3 years of service, and for projects that have completed a year of operation with measurable impact reports available.
