The Grant A. Harris Fellowship is designed to support graduate students engaged in agricultural, environmental, or geotechnical science research. METER donates $60,000 worth of research instrumentation, divided into six $10,000 awards, to enable students to explore significant questions and potentially alter the course of their research. The fellowship seeks to empower those capable of producing game-changing insights in their fields, with proposals evaluated based on originality, the student's qualifications, and the project's likelihood of success.
