The Missouri Building Entrepreneurial Capacity program (MOBEC) is a fundamental component of MTC’s strategy to nurture entrepreneurship and innovation. MOBEC offers grants to fortify the ecosystem that backs entrepreneurs working on commercializing new technologies and initiatives aimed at bolstering Missouri’s capacity to enhance its innovation economy. Different from MOBEC Project Support, the Operations Support Grants provide funding with specified maximum awards for up to three years, targeting operational needs to avoid overlap with project-specific support.
