The Oregon Community Foundation (OCF) strives to increase Oregon’s cultural visibility and vitality by supporting unique opportunities for Oregonians to engage with innovative arts and culture.
The Chintimini Fund of the Oregon Community Foundation aims to provide enrichment opportunities for high-potential students, including those identified as talented and gifted (TAG), who may not be fully engaged by existing school programs. The Fund supports programs that inspire and motivate "bright but bored" students, encouraging schools and community organizations to develop in-school or extracurricular activities tailored to these learners.
