    Type of Support

    Overview

The Chintimini Fund of the Oregon Community Foundation aims to provide enrichment opportunities for high-potential students, including those identified as talented and gifted (TAG), who may not be fully engaged by existing school programs. The Fund supports programs that inspire and motivate "bright but bored" students, encouraging schools and community organizations to develop in-school or extracurricular activities tailored to these learners. The funding priorities include:

    • Programs that provide enrichment opportunities for high-potential students and other children who show a capacity for high achievement.
    • Initiatives that incorporate research-based and innovative strategies, integrating program planning with evaluation in mind.
