The Foundation was formed with the purposes of sharing Richmond County Savings Bank's financial success with the community, enabling community participation in the bank's growth and profitability. RCSF aims to enhance the quality of life in the communities it serves by supporting charitable organizations in educational, cultural, and health and human services sectors.
The grant program allows nonprofit organizations to request funding for support towards programs, projects, journal ads, or event sponsorships, reviewing requests throughout the year for amounts up to $5,000. Priority is given to services in human services, public benefit, health, education, environment, arts, and culture.
