The Riverside Hospital Foundation is dedicated to fostering access to quality healthcare in Northeast Florida. Established in 1991 as a not-for-profit corporation, its mission is to provide financial assistance to entities that are exempt from federal income tax under Section 501c3 and engage in or support healthcare research, delivery, or provision, or seek to improve healthcare delivery and organizational effectiveness. While its assistance focuses on Duval, Nassau, Clay, St. Johns, and Baker Counties, it is not exclusively limited to these areas.
The Innovation Grant by the Riverside Hospital Foundation supports new and innovative programs that aim for measurable outcomes, have a self-sustaining endpoint to funding, and whose strategies and successes can be translated and replicated elsewhere. This grant program seeks to encourage innovative approaches in the healthcare sector that can demonstrate tangible impacts and sustain themselves beyond the initial funding period.
