Additionally, the Foundation awards scholarships to selected colleges and universities, with the recipient selections made by those institutions. Priority is given to local charitable organizations or through local affiliates of national or statewide bodies. The total funding allocated annually adheres to the minimum requirements set by the Internal Revenue Service Code.
