    Overview

The Shirley Charitable Foundation Grant program supports a variety of initiatives without prioritizing any particular area, focusing on programs that demonstrate creative problem solving and encourage collaboration for a common purpose. Grants, up to a maximum of $2,000, will be awarded biannually. The Foundation specifically supports programs that benefit the town of Shirley, education for its residents, senior citizen activities, initiatives that foster community spirit, efforts making societal changes, and programs aligning with the Foundation's vision and goals. Additionally, it offers Full Grants and Small Grants, the latter for innovative, time-sensitive programs under $500. Full Grants have specific application deadlines, while Small Grants are awarded throughout the year at the Foundation Board of Directors' discretion.
