The Distinguished Early Career Contributions Award - Practice is designed to honor an individual within 10 years of earning a PhD who has made significant contributions to the field of I-O psychology in a practical context. The award includes a plaque and a $1,500 cash prize. Recipients are also expected to contribute as a reviewer on the award's subcommittee for a term of three years.
