The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Foundation aims to enhance the well-being of employees and the performance of organizations through the science and application of Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
The Distinguished Scientific Contributions Award recognizes individuals who have made significant empirical and/or theoretical contributions to the field of industrial and organizational psychology, irrespective of the professional setting (industry, academia, government). Awardees receive a plaque, a cash prize of $1,500, and are invited to present at the subsequent SIOP conference. Recipients also serve a three-year term as a reviewer on the award subcommittee.
