The grant aims to promote public and professional knowledge on the topic, encouraging ongoing research and practical achievements in individual or group assessment. Winners receive a plaque and a $1,500 cash prize. Submissions are judged based on scientific foundation, innovation, excellence in industrial-organizational psychology, and their contribution to diversity in the workforce through new assessment techniques.
