The Michael E. Moomaw Scholarship by the SIOP Foundation seeks to promote excellence in the Industrial-Organizational (I-O) psychology field. It supports students interested in the role of I-O psychology in mentoring, coaching, and leadership development. The scholarship recognizes the significance of these areas in fostering professional growth and improving organizational effectiveness, with each academic program allowed to nominate one student per year for consideration.
