    Overview

The Theodosius Dobzhansky Prize is an annual award recognizing the accomplishments and future promise of an outstanding young evolutionary biologist. The grant supports candidates who employ creative approaches to address significant questions in evolutionary biology, irrespective of the taxonomic group or whether the approach is empirical or theoretical. The prize encourages applications from a diverse range of researchers globally and includes a $5000 reward. Additionally, the awardee is expected to attend the annual Evolution meeting to receive the award and present their research.
