The Thornburg Foundation’s Community Funding Program is designed to support organizations working within specific focus areas: human services, education, racial justice, homelessness, and policy. Its goals include promoting the health of youth, families, and communities through essential services; supporting education initiatives that combine arts and high-quality education; advancing racial justice by supporting organizations dedicated to systemic change in policing and legal representation for minorities; addressing the homelessness crisis by increasing affordable housing stock; and influencing policy to support these aims.
