It targets disadvantaged and motivated youths aged 15 to 24, aiming to address and overcome barriers to success, promoting equity, security, and human dignity. These programs are run in three-year cycles in South Africa, The Bahamas, Canada, and The United States, prioritizing effective, documented outcomes in youth development.
