The Tucker Community Foundation endeavors to positively impact rural philanthropy by being a steward of donations to benefit the community now and in the future. We aim to be a motivational model promoting sound, productive futures through commitment to our core values: teaching giving without expecting monetary returns, protecting our heritage, maintaining high standards of conduct and ethics, valuing open-mindedness, and ensuring actions yield the greatest community benefit.
The Tucker County Giving Circle, in partnership with the Tucker Community Foundation, aims to create a supportive network addressing the needs of women and children in Tucker County. The program annually awards grants to local not-for-profit organizations that work towards increasing the life skills of women and children in the area. Funded by its members, the grant amounts vary yearly based on membership and grant applications, reflecting the foundation's commitment to adaptively supporting its community's evolving needs.
